At LUX Yoga Studio, we offer a class that is specifically designed to help you release tension and find inner peace. Our Release & Unwind class is the perfect way to stretch your muscles, focus on deep breathing, and embrace total relaxation. Whether you're a yoga pro or just getting started, this class is suitable for all levels. Join us and rejuvenate your mind and body with this calming and therapeutic experience. *PLEASE NOTE: This class has a minimum requirement of two attendees or the session will be cancelled. In the event the class does not meet the requirement, an email will be sent to those booked an hour prior to start time informing them of cancellation.
