Service Description

Power Flow provides added challenges to your yoga practice. This class will be at a one breath one movement pace. You will leave this class feeling energized!! What to bring ~ Water and a hand towel. Mats are available for use. *Consult a physician prior to enrolling in prenatal yoga classes. *LUX Yoga teachers are not responsible for health restrictions.
