Get ready to mix it up with our fun and exciting class, “Mix it Up”. This class is a fusion of yoga, sculpt, and movement, making each session a unique experience. You never know what you’ll get but one thing is for sure, it’s guaranteed to be a fun and energizing workout. Join us and discover a new way to move your body. What to bring ~ Water and a hand towel.
