Flow is a Vinyasa style class that is meant to feel energizing with the right amount of challenge to get you ready for the day or to unwind at the end of your day. What to bring ~ Water and a hand towel. Mats are available for use. *Consult a physician prior to enrolling in prenatal yoga classes. *LUX Yoga teachers are not responsible for health restrictions.
