Flow is a Vinyasa style class that is meant to feel energizing with the right amount of challenge to get you ready for the day. What to bring ~ Water and a hand towel. Mats are available for use. *Consult a physician prior to enrolling in prenatal yoga classes. *LUX Yoga teachers are not responsible for health restrictions.
